I'm in like Flynn. But not because of Michael, in fact I had to consider very carefully if I wanted to join after he did...
Mercedes or Verte most likely, but I haven't driven any of them yet.
Looking forward to racing you fellas again!

I played quite a bit of Project Cars (Pee Cars), and from what I understand the physics, AI and other aspects of the game were vastly improved with time after release. They also vary in quality from car to car. I would agree they are not even close to what RF2 is (especially with the URD mod), and requires a ton of FFB setting tweaking to even get it reasonable. Still, once I figured it out I had a bunch of fun with the game. It's definitely more of a sim than an arcade or console style game, and the AI is among the best out there. The career mode, while a bit thin was still pretty fun.
Excited to see what they do with Pee Cars 2, the car and track list looks pretty awesome.

Hmmm I don't know about this one... I LOVE Laguna Seca, but this version is kind of a butchering unfortunately :/ The first 4 or 5 turns are OK and then ooof..... no bueno. I vote pass

Hey Stevo I also don't wanna see you go, though I know you said it would just be for the races.
It's clear you have superb pace, but are a bit uncomfortable in traffic. What I might suggest is instead of practicing really hard for those extra few tenths which will be useless for the race, practice enough so you're quick then switch to consistency and tuning your setup for the race. Go til you can turn out many consecutive laps at very similar times without mistakes (a second to second and a half off your fastest time consistently would be killer pace).
I also really enjoy practicing passing and being passed or being defensive. If I see you out for practice I'm down to do some battling and I know Tom, Michael, Chad etc are all down too. It's good practice and great fun. Otherwise AI are imperfect but can be useful for this too. I used to be petrified of racing vs other humans but now it's more comfortable and fun once I got some more practice and confidence.
Cheers man!
