3 corners of Spa
« on: October 29, 2016, 06:38:01 pm »
I wasn't sure where to add this but I hope it helps someone. Now, I understand I am not the fastest person here, but I wanted to share a couple areas of Spa that are good areas to shave time and how to approach them. With this track and it's corners, having the nose of your car pointed correctly can save a ton of time.
1. Eau Rouge
2. Pouhon
3. Curve Paul Frere

If nothing else, maybe the fast guys will chime in and tell me how wrong I am. :-)

Seems like pretty solid advice. I was using 5th to get through that one section. I lose too much torque when I go to 6 and come out to the straight. Maybe I need to try again.

in eau rouge?
try shorter gearing.
you just need to hit 270-275 in the straight after so you dont need a really long 6th gear.
