Formula E acquired for the league
« on: December 01, 2017, 05:50:27 am »
I have purchased the FE pack with the FE car and Hong Kong track. Over the next few days I will be getting a server up for testing. I did a few laps in the car and it drives very different from anything I have ever driven. I hope you all enjoy the content and get some laps in on the server when it is up.

I guess by "for the league" you don't mean it's available for all of us? Will be getting it today in any case. I have a night home alone so maybe we can meet up in our servers.

I did a couple of laps yesterday evening with the FE and it's hard to judge your speed. But it's a really fun car to drive.

By for the league I mean that we will be able to have a server running the content for anyone to use online. However, like the GT3 pack and URD you will have to obtain the mod before you can get on the server.

Will hop in at some point. Lets see how our times compare to real life times :p

I believe there was a post on the Discord or Forums saying that the drivers were getting times 1 second faster than the real life drivers posted from last year.

I saw fastest drivers doing around 1:03 this year.

My fastest lap so far is far from clean and perfect. It takes quite a bit of practice to master this car and track.

Do you guys experience the same that it's really easy to lose the rear when turning into to a slow corner with 1st gear? Just want to know if it's a setup problem, driving style or throttle control problem or just car's characteristics?

I noticed the same thing. I think it may be a characteristic of the car not having slicks.

I had the same experience. It's a hard car to master. I'm at 1'06 with not even a decent setup.
