I Put up test server

you need this mod plus new the new Apex mod. take the installed folder in media fire folder  too as pace cars fails installing an put in manually

I pass worded server as 24hr mod is other leagues mod for 24hr race some of us might enter on 19th Nov so we can test the cars :)
