My advice to start out, which you may judge and neglect freely:

Set it up pretty even:
- Wing around 5-7
- ARB and Spring around 2 or 3
- Relatively low damping
- Cambers about -3 front and -2 rear

Go from there and see what you need.

One thing i see as benefit with the Callaway platform is the tendency to understeer at chassis level. Some drivers have reported to feel the rFactor physics engine to exaggerate off-throttle rotation of the cars.
I see it as a good base if you know how to handle understeer. You also need to tune a lot of understeer out.
