That was a really fun race yesterday.I don"t know how Steve gets off the line so well,I wasn"t using TC so can"t blame it on that.As far as autoblip goes,I never turned it on and don"t know where you turn it off at.All the years I have been sim racing I have never used any driving aids,if we want to exclude them I"m 100 percent fine with that.I started using ABS with the Apex mod to help me not lock up the front tires and cause excessive tire wear,I didn"t notice that it helped me brake any later though, might have to examine that in the future. As far as turn 1 went,I didn"t expect you to hit the apex like you did but you were infront of me so technically the corner was yours. As far as that hairpin goes though, you lost the rear on your own,I thought maybe I touched you so I backed out of it and there goes Michael zooming by us.Theres no way I could let Michael win after all the taunting he was doing to me the day before. He did drive really good though,so hats off to Michael,he had his 15 minutes of fame haha.

My race and pace was quite **** so... but the car was nice to drive nontheless.

Btw, this event thread was made for Spa event. You will notice the headline says that and it's linked to the calendar. Montreal event has it's own thread...now you know for the future reference.

In order to win you need to be willing to roll the dice.

Steve... I dont think I have ever seen anyone get as good of a start as you do every race... you friggin FLY off the start. I, unfortunately am a moron and started in 2nd gear.

You were so quick all race, as were Scott and Michael... my only thought was "try to at least keep them in your sight" but I made a couple foolish pass attempts that ate my tires and then I spun on lap 16. Your early braking was an advantage because it messed up my braking points and im not good enough of a driver to improvise.

fantastic race. the 4 of us were seconds apart the entire race.

Oh no wonder I didn't see comments from you guys. You all posted in the wrong place.

That was an awesome race between us 4 up front. I thought these cars were a blast. We should definitely run these again sometime.

Scott. Dude. Seriously? My 15 minutes of fame? If you really beleived that you could have at least let me win. It doesn't have to look like a throw away. Just miss a turn and go off a little. But you couldn't do that for me, could you?  I trash talk to help motivate. You should be thanking me. I forgive you this time.

Steve, thanks for the kind words. Always a pleasure.

Tom.

That was hilarious Michael, and you signed your name as Tom at the bottom of the post haha, another stab at me.You keep bitting the hand that feeds you lol.Seriously though,I was driving as hard as I could,so hopefully you can continue to run this good next season.I wouldn"t mind another race with the GTR either,we had a poor turnout, but I think the forums didn"t really show that there was a race until a few days before sunday,I wasn"t sure we were racing the GTR car.
